Here are 6 easy steps to follow:

Step 1: Find Out More. As you evaluate the Performance Management Incentive System, you may have questions about the product, pricing and technology. Call 480-444-5795, ask for Sunil Ciszewski and he can answer your questions. If you want someone to call you, send your contact information to sales@pmistechnologies.com.

Step 2: Schedule a Demonstration. We believe in our product and we know you will too, after you see it. So schedule a demonstration by contacting us using the contact form at the bottom of this we page, or by calling the number listed in Step 1.

Step 3: Make the Purchase. When you are ready to proceed with the purchase, just let us know. We will send you a contract for your signature. After that, we are ready to go!

Step 4: Set Up the System. We will assign a customer service representative to you who will help you set up your employee and job definitions. Included in the purchase price is a four-hour interactive training session during which you will learn exactly how to configure the system for your needs. The customer service representative will be there throughout the setup process to help you with any questions you may have, provide guidance on using the application, and to help you test your configuration. If there are any customizations that you need to add to the system to make it work for you, this is the step during which we will add enhancements (note: our system is very robust and normally does not require any customizations).

Step 5: Training Managers and Participants. After configuring and testing the system, you will need to train your sales managers and participants on how to use the system. We can help guide the training session, or even conduct it for you (there may be an extra fee for the latter).

Step 6: Go Live. Once you are set up, tested, and have trained your people, it's time to go live!

That is it. Remember, there is no software to purchase. It all happens over the web, without the cost and confusion of learning and implementing your own objective management system. It could not get any easier than this.
