Security and Privacy were of primary importance when designing The Performance Management Incentive System™. We know that your salary and incentive information is confidential and that you expect the highest standards of security and privacy. We take your security seriously.

We have a unique system of checking and verifying the access of any user.

Here are the steps we take on your behalf to ensure security:

• You assign every user their own user name and password.
• The first time users log into the system, they are prompted to change their password.
• Once users set their password, administrators can only reset the password - they can't see it.
• The application runs under HTTPS - this uses a secure (encrypted) web connection between the browser and the server.
• Each user's name and password are verified by our system upon log in.
• The menu that displays for the user is determined by their role in your organization - as assigned by you.
• The data in every report and screen is determined by their position in your organizational hierarchy - as assigned by you.
