Report Definitions and Screenshots

The Performance Management Incentive System™ comes with five standard reports. The visibility of information in each report depends on the organizational structure defined by the program administrator (you) during system configuration. This ensures that participants, and managers at all levels, only see what they are they are supposed to see, eliminating cross visibility of salary and incentive information.
