Report Definitions and Screenshots
The Performance Management Incentive System™ comes with five standard reports. The visibility of information in each report depends on the organizational structure defined by the program administrator (you) during system configuration. This ensures that participants, and managers at all levels, only see what they are they are supposed to see, eliminating cross visibility of salary and incentive information.
Acknowledgement Form
The Acknowledgement Form report displays detailed target objective
information for a single employee. This report is normally used by administrators,
managers, and employees.
Individual Incentive Earnings
The Individual Incentive Earnings report enables employees to see view
target objectives, scores/achievement, and incentive earning for a single
payout period. This report is normally used by administrators, managers, and employees.
Employee Payout Summary
The Payout Summary report is an audit tool for managers and administrators.
It displays a list of employees with summary earnings information for of
target objective for a single payout period. The data displayed in
the report is controlled on the viewers' organizational visibility.
Employee List
The Employee List report serves as an auditing tool for managers and
administrators. It displays a list of employees (depending on your
organizational visibility) with salary, incentive, and other pertinent
information.
Payroll Report
The Payroll report is for administrative use only - usually to transfer incentive
payout information to some other system. It displays a simple list of all the
participants in the system, along with the amount of incentive pay for each
participant for a given payout period. This report is normally used by program
administrators.
Report Access: Reports appear as a menu item on a user's menu if both the user and the report have been associated with the same security role. This is a security feature, which enables the program administrators to determine who has access to specific reports.
