The Performance Management Incentive System™ provides a robust web-based platform for managers and employees to establish, explain, confirm and rate accomplishment of objectives.

The heart of the PMIS™ is a tool we call the Commitment Worksheet. Each company configures the Commitment Worksheet to meet their specific needs. Employees and managers use it to interact with each other during the goal setting process. The Commitment Worksheet provides managers with a historical record of how and why they set an employee's objectives at the recorded level, and it gives employees with a way to record their feedback. The feedback and commentary is stored in the database along with the scores and can be displayed on an employees incentive payout report.
